INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Work one-to-one with James and Michelle. After getting to know each other and understanding where you want to make improvements in life, we will create a plan of action with self reflection exercises, bi-weekly calls, and accountability from us. Previous clients have wanted to address self-awareness, understand their values and strengths, plus plot out a course for a career change.
