The Strengths Movement
There is almost 5 decades of Gallup research that proves that a person's greatest path to a thriving and engaged life happens when they understand their talents and develop these into strengths.

The Strengths Explorer Programme
Programme highlights
We are currently running a pilot from March to July 2023 to test and refine what the launch version may look like. This initially will be aimed at a full Year 6 class of 10-11 year olds in the North East of England.
A 5-week programme
Designed to give a teacher all the resources needed to confidently run engaging activities that fit around their lesson plans and busy weeks.
Teacher strengths coaching
The teacher will complete Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment and receive coaching on their top strengths from a Gallup certified coach.
Uncover each child's strengths
Every child will complete Gallup's Strengths Explorer assessment to discover their top 3 strengths. Activities build not just self-awareness but also who their classmates are, and how their strengths help them.
Measuring impact
We aspire to move each child's perception of themselves. A self esteem survey will be done before and after the programme to measure the changes.
